I’m a design leader with extensive experience building design teams and developing systems that scale creativity. I'm currently working at 00  Meta to help establish new working models post company restructuring.

Before Meta, I was SVP of Creative at a creator economy start-up that was working in partnership with 00  Group Black to build a platform focused on the needs of diverse creators.

Prior to that I spent over 7 years at 00  Meta, chiefly as Head of Design for Creative Systems, driving the global design vision and developing tools to showcase the creative potential of Meta’s platforms.
